Our General Secretary, Comrade Eniojukan Leke Success, has led the union since December 2014, bringing extensive experience and international connections to drive our mission forward.

Comrade Eniojukan Leke Success joined the National Union of Hotels and Personal Services Workers (NUHPSW) in February 1992 as a branch secretary at NTI Conference Centre, Kaduna, one of the Arewa hotels.

In July 1994, he became the State Secretary at Kaduna State Council of NUHPSW, while in July 1997, he was elected the State Chairman, Kaduna State Council of NUHPSW. In 1998, he became the vice Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Kaduna State. Also elected treasurer of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Kaduna State, in 1999-2005.

He became the deputy president of NUHPSW in 2002 to 2005, until elected president of NUHPSW on December 4th 2005. He was at the same time chairman of the private sector unions in Kaduna State from 1997-2006. He became the General Secretary of NUHPSW on December 1st 2014. He was elected the National Auditor of the Nigeria Labour Congress from 2015 to 2019. On the international scene:

He has been vice president of the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) since October 2016 to date. He was elected IUF-TITULAR representing Africa on the global executive committee of International Union of Food, Agriculture, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers Associations (IUF), Member strategic leadership committee and executive committee of international union of food (IUF) from June 2023 till date and TITULAR board member of Hotel, Restaurant, Catering and Tourism (HRCT) till date.
