Building a world class workers’ organization that will at all times negotiate, defend, promote and improve members’ social and economic wellbeing through periodic collective bargaining and constructive engagement of all stakeholders within and outside the industry.  

Mission Statement

As its mission, the union will use available resources to secure the complete unionization of all workers in the Catering, Hospitality, Personal Services, Restaurant, Tourism and Surveillance industry whether in the formal or informal sector of the economy, deepen the internal democratic process through periodic elections and meetings, ensure equal pay for equal job, promote gender equality as well as eradicate all forms of gender based violence in the workplace within the industry.
